Unfortunatley there is no 'download' button.
So no, you'll not be able to download Part 7. Unless Machinima.com put one up.

I am not sure whether it is up yet, I'll check.....

And no, there is now download link, maybe they've changed something or maybe Darknal may no want anyone to download anymore. So if there is no download link you'll not be able to download the episode legitimately.
